I am sick and tired of being around Mom! I can make with 5 friends, and eventually reach 6! So I finally got bored and decided to get my license already! I know how to ride a car! I just do not know where to start, because my parents dont really care

The first thing to do is to take driver education. My sister has soooooo http://eliteteendriver.com/.....it online is easier than you at the end of the day.
They see it as $ 70, but if you is your name in the box off Jon on the home page, as it in half ($ 35). My sister, who was the lady in this case, and said to my sister at all, I wanted to say that (name Jon) .... and have all his friends, and it was off for the half.
Upon completion of the course, then you are for driving in the car with a driving school, then go to the DMV and get to obtain their permission.
